Terms of Service

1. Service

ApexBoost provides social media marketing services (followers, likes, views, and similar engagement) delivered automatically to the public links you submit. Delivery speeds and quantities are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Wallet & payments

Wallet funding is handled through PayMongo's hosted QR Ph checkout. Credits are issued only after a valid signed payment confirmation. Wallet balance is non-transferable and used only to purchase services on this site.

3. Refund policy

• Failed orders are refunded to your wallet in full, automatically.
• Partial deliveries refund the undelivered portion automatically.
• Stuck orders that don't complete within a set number of days are auto-refunded.
• Refunds are credited to your site wallet (not the original payment method) and can be used for new orders or withdrawn per your referral-earnings terms.
• Completed orders and successfully delivered engagement are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You may only submit links you own or are authorized to promote. You are responsible for complying with each social platform's terms. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful content.

5. Liability

Services are provided "as is". We are not affiliated with any social media platform and are not responsible for actions those platforms take on your accounts.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your username, email address, and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash).
• Payment records: the checkout amount, payment status, and provider reference returned by PayMongo — used to reconcile your top-up.
• Order data: the links and quantities you order, and their delivery status.
• Support messages: the concerns and chat messages you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, and session cookies, used to keep you signed in and to protect the site from abuse.

How we use it

We use your data only to run your account, process deposits and orders, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who processes your data

To deliver the service we use trusted third-party processors: an email provider (for verification and notifications), our hosting and database provider, Cloudflare (security and delivery), and our upstream delivery network (which receives only the target link and quantity — never your account details). Our AI assistant may process the text of your messages to help answer them; it is instructed never to receive payment or password data.

How long we keep it

Account, payment, and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for accounting and anti-fraud.

Cookies & sessions

We use a single essential session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure) to keep you logged in and to protect forms against CSRF. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights & account deletion

You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at admin@apexsmmboosting.com. We will remove your personal data except records we must retain by law.
